I have been investigating bolt/cable cutters and recently heard about a ratchet-type mechanical cutter.... anyone know anything of this device?

There was an article recently about an explosive based cutter - used cartidges from Hilti guns - cut up to ½" diameter I seem to remember.

Thanks guys, I know about the Shootit 12 from Toolova, in fact have one.
I'm looking for a mechanical cutter that uses a ratchet type system to increase the cutting power.
I need it for a comparative test.

Just got a set of 42 inch bolt cutters.....go through anything but do weigh a ton.
