Not easy to understand exactly where the restrictions are. Whole island or the eastern coasts? Any more information?

Was toying with the idea of taking a spin across to Posidonia [Samos] on Sunday so I guess that means it's a non starter - we do it sometimes just for lunch without bothering about paperwork either in Turkey or Greece.

I took the boat out yesterday to go for a swim. Lots of traffic on Ch 16 mainly the Greek Coast Guard shouting at the Turkish Coast Guard telling them they were violating Greek waters and impeding the right of free passage. No response from TCG. This was all happening in the narrow channel between the Dilek National Park on the Turkish side and Posidonia on Samos.
