Reset MMSI on a Standard Horizon VHF GX 2200E.

I've changed country of registration so I want to change the MMSI. In the settings there's an option to do this. It generates a "request code' which apparently you should be able to provide to SH and they in return should give you a password to change the MMSI. That's the theory. I've generated this request code on my VHF but what to do now. I can't locate a SH dealer or distributor in Türkiye. Has anyone done this in the UK and if so could you please share relevant contact details for SH and say what the process was and how much they charged.

Thanks. I emailed them at that address yesterday and hoping for a response. If I don't hear tomorrow I'll try calling.

I had to get in touch with them a few times during the past 10y, always found first class after sales support. (Reasons were depending upon myself, not their equipment which I find excellent).

Just in case it's of future interest to anyone I got this sorted. I contacted Standard Horizon - yaesu.co.uk - and they requested an email with the reset code generated by the vhf, the unit serial no and the current MMSI. After a couple of days they sent me a reset password. Once I entered the password it let me reset the MMSI. All very straightforward and no charge.
