Replacing Windows

I've decided to replace the 4 windows on my shetland 535. What is the best way to replace them ? 1. Buy new rubber seals and windows or 2. Buy new windows and drill holes around windows and use sealant and screws or rivets ? Anyone know a good place to get the plastic for the windows ?
