Looks like this exhaust needs replaced, after a bit of examination and assistance from a passing expert. Is it as simple as the 4 bolts, anything to watch out for?

When replacing grease (i used copper grease) on the stud nuts and also on the rubber spigots.

You should replace the gasket. Cheap from parts4engines.

Make sure the drain nut is okay/works.

Otherwise gentle swearing will help remove the exhaust hose that is probably stuck on well.

We have got it off now, but its blocked up inside.
What does the drain nut thing actually do, is it for winterising?

I managed to unblock one once with various chemicals like oven cleaner and brick cleaner etc. I also chipped away at it with a screwdriver etc. I can’t remember which chemical was the best, but I remember repeated soakings in a bucket. I then repainted it with Volvo green paint I had lying around from when I rebuilt the engine.
