Replacement for Damaged Canpa Hatch

My Vancouver 27 is fitted with the original Canpa hatch - now well out of production of course! Unfortunately it's not a question of having it refurbed as the hatch is physically damaged as well as having perished seals and all the usual signs of age.

I'm not on the boat right now but I think the cut out is 512 x 512 cms (might be wrong). Does anyone know of a direct replacement or at least an easy replacement? Alternatively and a real longshot, does anyone have a Canpa hatch stored away which I could have professionally refurbed?

Have not seen an exact replacement, but Gebo do one that is not too far off.

The Gebo hatch with a flat base from Seatech is a good replacement. I did 2 hatches that size on my boat. Give Seatech a ring as they are very helpful.

Hi Brian. I'm looking to replace 50x50cm and 50x37cm plastic Canpa hatches on my Freedom. Did you find a good match in the end?

I did modify the hatch opening slightly and fitted a Lewmar Ocean hatch. Unfortunately this was 10 years ago and I can’t recall the model number of the hatch nor exactly what mods I needed to make to get it to fit.lso not much help I”m afraid. Good Luck.
