1st time out in my boat with instructor so we decide to fill up. Instructor fills up for me and decides to show me that a filler cap is denser then water and will in fact sink to the bottom of Portsmouth harbour.

Never mind me thinks, accident's will happen so talk to Crest Marine at Port Solent re a replacement for '93 Cranchi.

6 Weeks later they come back to me and quote £108 for replacing the whole top as this cap is no longer supplied on new models.

Can anyone suggest where I might be able to get a replacement to fit?
