Grand job Gary. Just a thought though, did you tell them the importance of keeping the bores clear? Any coating in there will be a right PITA to scrape out.

2: buggered cone clutch
3: buggered drive coupling to engine.

Blimey, no need to feel sorry bud, completely my oversight and one I'm frustrated with myself for doing as I am usually ultra diligent when it comes to these things
I don't give a toss about your props, think of me and how I missed a unique oppurtunity to actually say something useful for a change. :nonchalance:

You will have destroyed the vulcanising in all your prop hubs by powder coating them. To rehub alone is £85 + vat per prop and repairs if the props need any work is £45 per prop but if corrosion is present they have probably had it.
