You laugh if you want to. It is little mishaps like a key breaking, insignificant in themselves, which can combine with other little mishaps and some unexpected circumstances that can result in a much bigger problem. Then you might have to call the lifeboat.

Of course I'm not going to call the lifeboat just because my key broke, don't be silly.
