The wheel on our walker bay 340 has had it.
The plastic coating is turning back to oil some how. It’s been on the boat on the boat for I guess 12 years and it looks pretty corroded. I’ve soaked it in WD40 and got the retaining nut of but it won’t budge.
Before I test it multiple times with a hammer, is there a recognised technique for freeing a wheel from the shaft that might make it easier, quicker or just less likely to also bugger something else I haven’t thought of?
