removeing posts!!!

removeing posts from this site can take over 2 weeks and half a dozen emails to a differnt email adresses with only 1 reply and still no anwser!!!!! not happy jan /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

You'll have to give us a bit more to work on. Which posts are you trying to have removed and why (your own or someone elses) and who have you emailed so far?

Posts are not usually removed except in unusual circumstances. PM'ing the moderators is usually far more effective, as then you know you are contacting the correct people.

im trying to remove my post of coarce! i have emailed through "contact us" at the bottom of the screen ,i have recieved 1 email from Hannah asking me for more details which i returned to him/her but still nothing my post is still here,im not sure what else to do now?????

you have an hour's grace after making a posting to change or remove it. thereafter it's the job of the moderator. a PM to kimhollanby will get the speediest results. i expect an explanation of why it needs to be removed (libel, embarrassment, commercial reasons etc.) would expedite things.

you could let it just die of old age but of course now you've raised the issue, everyone's going to be searching for it!!

i have emailed kimhollanby many times with no responce!! as for my spelling im not publishing a book so who cares! u cant discriminate me just cause my spelling is not far as good as urs! i have actully had a few articles published in some yachting mags have u???

I've heard this mentioned before, and would have liked to use it once or twice.

When it comes to seeing things in plain view, I qualified for the white stick at birth (white mouse now?), so I can't find it.

at the bottom left of each and every post it says 'post extras' along iwth 4 little icons. Put your mouse cursor on them, and you'll see that one says 'notify moderator'. Just click it.

At the bottom of each post is "post extras" and 4 symbolly things it's the third one along,if you hover your cursor above it should say "notify moderator" if you click on it everything disappears and your notification is acknowledged and then you are returned to Forum.

Brendan is a man of great wisdom and he types quickly too!!(edit/add)

Your spelling isn't as good as his because you couldn't give a damn, not because you are incapable. You say so yourself. So why are you surprised when people can't be bothered to respond properly to your posts? It's like wearing filthy clothes to a restaurant - don't be surprised if no-one wants to sit next to you.
