Redline of a 4.2 Mercruiser diesel?

Hi - just wondered if anyone can tell me the top RPM I should set for a diesel 4.2 (turbo) Mercruiser engine? I don't have or expect any problems with them (exepct stopping them) but going to sea on Saturday and I don't want KevB thrashing them!

D4.2L 3400-3600 rpm
D4.2L D-Tronic 3600-3800 rpm

I think I will be the one doing the restraining Barry. Analogue is too old fashioned for you, your more of a digital person so the throttles will either be off or on.

Ok - strong breeze.

Sorry that picture is too technical for me but the BBC web page (technical enough) says 28mph on Saturday and 18 on Sunday, so Saturday may be a bit too breezy to wonder too far.

OK worst case out over the bar once around the beacon and then back in - I gotta hear the turbos whine - just once, I need a fix - went to Docklands today to see a supplier and looked at all the nice boats from the DLR...
