So looking for overnighting and which way does the wind generally blow.
Recommended anchorages between Teignmouth and Dartmouth .

We have predominantly westerly winds although you will of course need to check local conditions on the day.
With that in mind you are relatively protected. Babbacombe Bay immediately springs to mind. Lunch / dinner at the Cary Arms.

Ansyeys Cove, a tad west of Babbacombe Bay is also nice.

Nice nudist beach just along from Dartmouth I seem to recall and quiet as a walk from tourists .

I’m sure the forum is a broad church -it certainly had a changing scenery as we anchored for a spot of paddle boarding -there is in case anyone is worried though a clothed section of the beach so one doesn’t have to land suitably unattired to blend in

It takes me back to the nineties when we were trail boating around pool , there was a nudist beach there somewhere we had sister and brother in law on board. So i told him if we are skiing he will have to go ashore so we can get on the plane , off we went watching astern as he realises where he was.
