Re-upholsterer

HI, I have to get my pilot and co-pilot seat bases re-covered pronto. Can anyone recommend a good marine upholsterer in the Penarth/Cardiff area?

I can't give you a name or recomendation. There is a guy who I have spoken to at CYC who drives a red Transit who is an upholsterer. I think he is from Newport. It may be worth posting on the CYC forum, link below.

I have used Jewels Upholstery several times in the past. She ands her husband work from a barn in the vale I think, see the van on the A48 at Bonvilston regularly, but you'll get their number from Yellow Pages.

I'm based in Penarth & had 'Touch of Class' (mid-Glamorgan) do my saloon & cockpit cushions last year. Tel No' is: 01443-814-432 & they're pretty good. Came down to the Marina & measured everything up & then delivered new cushions back to the boat. They also came in cheaper than any of the local upholsterers around Penarth.
No hesitation in recommending them.
