Used the service department twice now, they give you a receipt letter when you hand your unit in, stating turnaround in 10 days. First time rang for progress up date after 2 weeks, was told it was 10 working days before they could help me(it was only 9 because of a bank holiday) got the item back a few days later - not over impressed, but they had just moved to new plush offices, so I put it down to that..
Now they have another unit from me, same as before, receipt with 10 days on it, so I wait the full 10 working days, phone now they are saying 10 -15 days, so I wont be refitting it this weekend.
All very polite, just feel a little let down, or is it just me expecting too much in these "difficult" times?

I had a problem with my E80 and ran it down to their old office and they agreed to look at it on the spot. The service guy fixed it within 20 minutes and gave me a new front cover for my troubles, as the one I had was slightly scratched.

Guess everyones experience of them is different.
