Raymarine E80 software upgrade to v5.69

I am having difficulty upgrading an E80 to the latest software release. I have managed to upgrade it to v4.29 thanks to Raymarine Support sending me the old files. I have tried several CF cards and I am sure the problem lies in the "autorun" file for the v5.69. I have managed to get the unit to see the v5.69 update using the v4.29 "autorun", but the install does not work with the wrong file. I have tried both the download from the Raymarine website and also the the file they sent via email.

Has anyone successfully updated there E80 to the v5.69 software ?

I upgraded back in April with what must have been the latest version, without any problems.

The CF card should be no more than 512 MB for my C70 unit for the update as the Raymarine software won't recognise the format. I put the update on one of my chart CFs .... plenty of room and since the charts are not in the root directory, works fine afterwards too.
