In fairness the sold prices are all over the place, plus you have to factor in the chunky ebay and paypal fees. If I was the op I think I'd look at the average sold price on ebay, take the fees off - and then offer it for that amount on the 'for sale' forum.

Don't go by the sold prices, I have won a few items now thinking I have a bargain only to be told that sorry but the item is no longer available, eBay just give seller a slapped wrist and they carry on selling. I only tend to use eBay to get the business sellers details and buy direct now, as eBay don't care if you get shafted.

In answer to the question I would say between £400 - £450
