Was talking to someone yesterday and they said that the "anchorage " at Trent Falls was no longer an anchorage as the channel had changed.Does anyone know if this is true? I cannot believe that the "anchorage " has disappeared.

Trent falls anchorage

Last time I was at Trent Falls there were two anchorages, one was on the Trent on the west bank about a 1/4 of a mile from the end. The other was or is on the Humber just downstream from the confluence on the south bank.

Many thanks,didnt realise you could get the chart.I usually get buoyage and plot on an old chart! The channel on the west bank at T/Falls has definately got wider.
