Ask the wife which one she prefers?

All of them will need money and work, all will have areas of deferred maintenance.

Everything else being equal, I would buy the HR. Still in business, so will hold it's value better than the Moody, not as far through its lifespan as the Dufour, and for me, it's just prettier. Just take up the teak, and get the deck properly filled and painted, white is the new brown, and it'll be 100kg lighter, to allow for more batteries.

+1, but I'd question the white deck. Cooler, yes, but a bit hard on the eyes if the sun ever shines. I'd go for a pale colour - grey could look good and still be cooler than teak underfoot
