Quick ICC?
So one Quick question for a Quick ICC and we are all still Dazed Kippers, by the look of it!
Buggered if I know the answer after all that lot.
Bit confusing innit?
Bribe the Barstwards in whichever Country You need to rent/float/ hire a vessel
Bye pass the RYA or any other Authourity/ Organisation that suggests One needs a bit of paper to drive a boat.
Perhaps that,s the Way Forward?

If you are ready and it ounds like you are you can do a one day ICC assessment (24m) on your own boat. PM powerskipper or solitaire

from post 4 in thread.........you should be able to get it done on your own boat and certainly in a day..............contact solitaire powerskipper or one of the other instructors on here for arrangements / confirmation
