Just an idea. It is not impossible that the large pulley on the water pump is slightly bent or out of true. If you get a dial gauge, take the belts and pulleys all off. Check how true the pump flange is at the edge of its outer face, then fit the pulleys after a good clean/ check of the mating faces and put the dial gauge on the machined outer lip of the big pulley and see how true it is. I would be looking for better than 0.1mm.
Also check the big pulley is not cracked. Tap it with a small hammer or spanner at the rim, it should ring. If you get a dull thud its cracked and could be flexing about.
