left St Nazaire today en route for Southampton, the largest liner ever built and nearly twice the size of the old Queen liners. Wonderfully luxurious inside.

However, it is approximately 40% of the cost of ONE Stealth bomber...??

I think it is not only in France that one should look at the intrinsic value of defense contracts.

I wonder what her stability curve looks like - if she has one. They certainly will not be able to heel her to find the angle of vanishing stability!
