Can anyone give some guidance on the approximate standard annual service cost for a pair of Cummins QSB 5.9 380hp.in UK?

This is a bit out of date (2015) but the last QSB 425 Service (Trader 42) cost just over a thousand pounds including oil and anodes but excluding filters which would probably have added about one hundred and fifty. The service was carried out by an independent engineer who formerly worked for Cummins UK. I would not expect any difference between the 380 and 425 engines but you would have to add something for inflation.

Many thanks, again

I have a single QSB6.7 425hp (and an Onan generator). I just sent €4000 to the French Cummins dealer for a service on Thursday

What did they do?
Well, for a start they won’t be here till Thursday. They are going to give the engine and genny a scheduled service according to Cummins specifications. So they will check the electronic thingy with their laptop to see if there are any problems (not expecting any). Then they will change all the pencil anodes, change all fluids, change all filters and belts. The biggie this service is the after cooler which will be cleaned out. I’m not sure what else, but I’ll be there and let you know.
