QL Bow thruster solenoid

Hi All,

I'm looking for assistance on where to source a solenoid for QL BP 600 bow thruster.

We done trouble shooting and can confirm its not the control unit/print card. Joystick clicks to port with no power to prop, starboard works fine and as per other threads looking to replace solenoid.

I believe it's an Albright reversing solenoid, and it may have an identification number on it. The Canadian distributor is George M Fraser Ltd - http://www.gmfraser.com

As pvb says. My Volvo Penta QL BP450 thruster solenoid is marked "Albright type DC88-259" (DC88-259 Albright 12V DC Motor Reversing Solenoid Contactor Intermittent | eBay). I've just checked the parts list and the BP450 uses the same solenoid as your BP600 model although there are 12v and 24v versions.
