QL bow/stern thruster remote control not working

I've just changed my boat, had a bit of a mare on the delivery journey which resulted in damage (mainly on the flybridge, freak waves and high winds). Steering and eventually EDC controls failed. Everything is now fixed (apart from still waiting for the new flybridge screen). However, the only thing I can't get to work is the remote control for the QL thrusters. The bow thruster joystick works ok but the stern thruster can only be operated via the remote. This is the first boat I've ever had with thrusters so not relying on them at all but would just like them to be working instead of them being ornamental!
I can't find any reference manuals or set up instructions on tinternet anywhere. I have assumed that when they disconnected the batteries the controller has lost synch with the boat (controller bleeps and flashing red light). Anyone know where I can get any reference manuals for them??? I think the model may be CT 600 or 900.

checked some operation manuals I have here, seems that the stern thruster must be SP600 or SP900. PDF manual is 700kb, if you pm your email I can send it over.
