Hi Steve

First go to User Options/Personal info, then scroll down to the box titled ..'Your picture'. In this box you need to to put a 'url' address for the picture you want to display.

The easiest way to do this is to access a web site that has a picture of your Vega on it already!!

Right click your mouse over the picture and it will pick up its 'properties' which is a string of stuff which I think usually starts with http//www.....

If you then highlight it and then right click this line again, and copy it, that will save the 'properties' line.

Now go back to your User option and find your 'picture box' again and point yr mouse and then right click and then paste into the properties line... click 'submit' and it should all work OK!

Another way is to take a digital pic of yr boat/dog/friend etc and down load it to a site such as arweb and then do the same process of 'lifting' the properties again as before..

Hope that makes sense.. Regds Nick

Hi Steve,

The YBW server can't see pix on your hard drive, which is usually why people end up with a wee red x instead of a picture.

Use the one above if you want - the URL to reference is http://www.albinvega.co.uk/scsmall.jpg

You just go to 'Edit Personal Profile' and stick the whole URL in the place it says Your Picture (Entire URL - Picture size is 65x75 pixels)

Or e-mail me the one you want to use and I'll put it up and send you the URL

Hope the festivities were good and that you got that new icebreaker bow fitting you asked Santa for . . .
