Problems with SofTrain

Has anyone else had problems with SofTrain, now trading as TeachMe Interactive? We paid over £200 for their Day Skipper correspondence course but then were delayed in starting it due to computer problems. When we submitted our first exercise, the instructor informed us that our material was out of date, and that they would send us the latest version. This was December 4, and the updated material still hasn't arrived. I've tried phoning and emailing, and each time they say will send them straight away, but nothing arrives.

Any suggestions about what I should do next?

Try talking direct to RYA training department, they should be able to put some pressure on a RYA training establishment
