Princess sterngland packing size

I'm shortly going to repack the glands on my Princess 412-2 and wondered if anyone knew what size gland packing I need and should I use PTFE or the graphite impregnated type.My shaft size is 1 3/4""

I have 1 1/2 shafts and need 10mm packing, I've been warned off ptfe stuff on stainless shafts , gets hot apparently.
