she is sold as in perfect condition, no work needed,
the only thing I would have to do is adding a scuba dive compressor, and some fixings for the air tanks,
but I think that I will skip that sort of usage on such a nice vessel

I think it's posher than that LJS. Divers descend the steps then have all their gear brought to them. So you call up the Captain, "Please bring me my tank".

Actually was thinking that perhaps they get kitted up on the flybridge and then get lowered into the water by the crane.........

You may well be right LJS but the problem is there is no Eagles lyric adaptable to that method. Hence no-one has used that method for ages. We haven't used that method here since 1969.

LOL, considering that your question was about "getting down", I suppose that the easiest way will be through the transom door on stbd side. Just extend the passerelle 1m or so, make a first step on it and the second in the water, job done.
But I must admit that when returning onboard, maybe after a long and tiring dive, I would appreciate someone in the cockpit picking up the gear, as jfm suggests.

Yep, and the vertical capstan on the horizontal windlass is a nice touch.
There's something to be said about the lines arrangement, though....

Haha, you're pulling my leg Bart, aren't you...?
I guess she must have plenty of toys in the dashboard, so you're forgiven for not noticing, but judging from the antennas she must have a single-sideband (SSB) radio, which is in an entirely different league compared to the VHF you already know, for various reasons - one being the range, that is measured in thousands rather than tens of miles.
Mind, on an IT registered vessel (if you're planning to keep her IT registered) a specific license is required, if you're planning to use such radio for other than emergencies.

Tee-hee, you'll be unsurprised to hear that google was my friend on that one...

... and yes, I am very partial to a bit of 70's disco, more than one forumite has had the reluctant pleasure of 'enjoying' a bit of Sheila B Devotion et al at about 110db while gently idling along at 35kts.
