Be aware of scammers - there are a few doing the rounds showing boats details and offering themselves as owners representatives.
They try to get money for quick sale and sell you a boat that is not theirs to offer.
We have just had one trying to offer us 2 x Catamarans and posing as the builder - he wasn't!
If it is real it seems a great buy for someone as these are darn good sea boats and this one has the right size engines.

Serious problem even disposing of it.
We have three similar boats moored on a bouy locally it that have been there for years and years.
It will need insuring, for that it will need a survey, there is nowhere capable locally of slipping something that big for survey.
No survey....No insurance,...No berth.!

Yes, I can see all that, to be honest, its more of a liabiltiy than an asset.

There will always be a line of hopefulls with rose tinted specs.

Of the three if you look at the cement carrying one I used to know the guy that owned it he bought it from Holland I think and used it to take cement up to London from Northfleet works.
I never knew what happened to him, which is a pity as he was a nice guy.

Have you seen the P35 for 39k ?

Just had look...bought as seen and lying perhaps £35K ? seems to have had a lot of work done recently.
Reality is creeping into UK market at long last...still loads of optimists out there asking 70K and more .
