Pretty good value.Bidding starting at just over 100K.
However Its listed at that price with brokers,so a sensible bid would get it at under that ?
Also a Fairline Brava listed at around 50K.

Yes he's only got to attract two non boaters who fancy it and don't know the market and the owner gets very lucky!

It has cherry wood and blue alcantara/suedette upholstery so not horrendous. certainly better than the birds eye maple Princess had an unhealthy obsession with in the 1990s

Anyway, interiors are easy, just wrap the lot in whatever modern wood takes your fancy...

It's not the same one I'd seen, I just noticed the difference in price too, it is £106k.

looks like its been sold. Way on with Yacht Centre Aprilla and it was a 1997

Still it was for sale for a few months - these old boats are not £100k plus anymore. I just wonder when UK sellers will realise that you can just nip across to the EU and pick up a half price boat (though be wary of dodgy brokers....)

There is a Broom Ocean 37 that was sitting on a zone1 mooring in Limehouse for 50/55k.It has been taken off the valuable mooring and put up for sale privately in Penton Hook for 65k!

Its the magic 10 % premium applied to everything and anything west of London along the the Thames corridor.....
After all,its the most affluent area of UK bar a few footballer enclaves in the Midlands
It is alleged that they even have a chaps to assist one through the locks.
Personally cannot believe in this day and age this is still possible with the country being so skint and all...
