Princess 42

I think that’s a Princess 43.
As you say very striking, but I’m the same, not for me.
Strange how they go to all that effort and expense making everything black, and then leave the loudhailer on the flybridge coaming a off white uv sunbleached colour 😂

I hear what you are saying .

I think that looks epic.. Now I've not had to live with a black boat so I can't comment on cleaning or heat but visually that looks fantastic.

It is interesting how we all see things differently as I think it doesn’t look so sharp. Well to be fair, I am on the fence but erring towards disliking it 😁

Well if I were to find something I don't like. I think the black window covers are too much.. It needs some lighter accents to soften the mass of black. But it's different and the red(ish) flybridge cushions go well with it.

(I will say that if the finish goes flat it will look horrible..)

The colour is going to go off, or develop white bloom, in sunlight. We were once moored alongside a largish navy hulled boat in northern Spain where the (presumably wealthy) owner employed someone to place an "apron on the side facing the sun, moving it as the sun moved.

Its a no from me. But then I have a black car - it looks great for about 5 minutes after cleaning. A nightmare trying to keep a boat clean and shiny

Gelcoat or wrap? Either way it’ll burn the arse off you on a hot day. Hope the upgraded the AC system
When i was looking at boats in the South of France there was a Spanish built one that had the hull wrapped rep and it looked nice from a distance but ha tears and bits lifting when looked at close
