Has anyone removed and refitted props / rudders on a princess 42 ( or other similar boats ) ? is it a straightforward job or will it take some time to do . Just need to know weather to arrange lift from transport and block off on the hard or lift and hold from transport while refitting rudders & props . Thanks for any info .

Rudders easy and easy access in the lazarette, props either come off or stay on, depends on wether they are lapped to the shafts at the factory, use a proper puller. RK are quite obliging regarding block off or not, road it back to there, I may be able to help.

Just waiting for return of oil samples Paul , surveyor has given the thumbs up so when payment is made I will start a new thread with some photos . strangely I am trying not to get overly excited about it until I have the keys in my hand  .

Great news, fingers crossed the oil samples show a clean bill of health. Are you thinking the oil report will be back this week?
