Anyone want to sell either a princess 35 (bunk side cabin)or fairline 36 sedan 65/70 thousand pounds?
This one seems to fit the bill at £74,950:

Its a stock boat at Essex Boatyards so a quick call to Nick Barke would see it close to your budget I reckon.
They also have a couple of Turbo 36s at similar money.
I sold my Sedan 36 last year after two years for sale. A good sea boat good layout and built like the proverbial brick out house.
A friend of ours has one and he owned a Pricess 35 before and he said it was no where near the sea boat as the Sedan.
So the P35 was only 31ft long??
The Sedan 36 is much wider, heavier, taller and hull length a foot longer , volume says everything.
From the Brochure Hull excluding swimplatform and bow roller and rails ie hull only 36'6''
beam 13'4''
draught 3'4''
Fuel capac 1055L
Water 454L
dry weight 8250kg without, fuel, fresh water, stores crew etc
I know mine with swimplatform, bow roller, rails etc 39ft 6'' overall.
I am not sure if they did it on the later Sedans or not but as Princess and everyone else started calling the models with the overall length including swim platform the later Turbo36 was renamed the 38 turbo and it was identical.
