I know that the answers to this question are going to be vague, but I am just trying to get some idea what a new pushpit would cost.

The boat is a UFO 31 so the transom is about 5 foot wide and the pushpit will wrap around by a couple of feet each side. 4 uprights, a 25mm top rail and a 22 mm middle rail.

Any ideas for a rough cost would be much appreciated.

Had a new pullpit made up last winter for my Centaur. If remember right it was around £240 from a fabricator or £400 from swindleries etc.

Not sure of the price but I'd guess double my pullpit. Try to get a local fabricator to knock it up though.

I am having some made up by a member from the forums. I wont say who it is, but he is from the dark side.

He costed the job while I was there and when you add all the little bits it really did mount up. If you look on sea screw you can get an idea. Initially it looks quite cheap for say 25 mm thickwall 316 tubing, but when you tot up how much you need suddenly your wallet is losing weight more rapidly than taking the missus to the Next sale.

Then you have to add labour and use of machines, welding wire, gas etc.

If you are interested PM me and I will give an estimate, I don't want to do it online.
