We have an Aqua4gen towed generator with which we are highly satisfied in terms of its electricity contribution and drag on boat speed, especially on our recent trips from Jakarta to Cocos Keeling and on to Rodrigues . However, on the last leg to Mauritius we were getting a lot of twist in the line to the extent that it starts to bunch near the spinner/propeller end - part of this is a result of sailing in 2-3 metres waves and the spinner/prop jumping out of the water. Notwithstanding this, there does seem to be too much twist which can then cause chafe on the line. Ideas to reduce twist would be most welcome. Thanks
