Prettiest production sailboat?

We already have that. The new Rustler 37.

I think it looks pretty good ( what did I do there?).

Sadly I don't suppose I will ever be able to afford a new one; and being in my mid 50's I daresay I will not live long enough for the second hand prices to fall to my level - back to the MAB ads :ambivalence:

I just thought I should try to add a bit of balance here as everybody is cheerfully slagging off all their favourite ugliest sailboats in Jimi's thread......

There are so many I could mention here, it is difficult to choose..... has anybody got an absolute firm favourite (apart from their own vessel of course!)?

I'm sure it's already on here but, Mystery 35. And, as a bonus, sails like a dream

Interesting that nearly all the boats mentioned have retro styling. Now don't get me wrong they are nice boats, but it seems the forum is not of fan of anything remotely modern. ;)

If we were talking about cars it would be a Morgan rather than an Alfa Romeo 8C.

PS I'm talking purely in styling terms - I realise the 8C is rubbish to drive.

I love the Spirit but I much prefer modern styling, plumb bows tall pre bent rigs and all.I don't think I'd ever want to own a classicly styled yacht.

I might be biased but I think this Sailmaster 845 is a pretty boat in and out of the water

Regards Don

Not at all. I like anything that has good styling.
The question was which is the prettiest production boat and AWB with their fat arses and big coachroofs may fulfill a requirement. Being pretty is not one of them.

Can't see it. Maybe Hillyards are good boats, but pretty? Not in my book.

A bit like Fulmars. There are times when I look at mine and can almost find her pretty. Most of the time she's just ugly. Not horrible mind.Just purposefully ugly. When I'm sailing I can't see her from the outside so it doesn't matter. But I've seen much uglier previous generation Oceanis so I'm not alone.
