Preparing iroko rudder for antifoul

I have a grp boat with an iroko rudder which I need to prepare for antifoul. Guidance would be welcome on the paint sequence to use from bare wood to eroding antifoul.

I have an Iroko rudder. I gave it 5-6 coats of Blakes Underwater Primer, then painted the antifoul (Tiger Extra) straight on. 2 years on no problems.
