Premature Boat show parking question

Its wee bit early but whats the parking like within walking distance of Excel? I hate public transport, well excpet perhaps a small ride on the underground would be ok.

Id be coming from the M1 and from there Im open to suggestions.

Normally when I go to London I just park at Ealing and tube it to wherever I need to go. Ealing Common is a really good starting point I find to reach most parts of London.

I dont usually look forward to the London Show as much as Southampton but this year I have a real urge to go although i pity the exhibitors that could only get outdoor space.

Plenty of good parking near DLR stations or at Stratford, Exell has parking also, or you could park in my Yuppie development (if there's a visitors space free) and walk along the canal. Probably best route is M25 to M11 then right into Docklands on dual carriageway all the way.
