Powercats Ltd of Cornwall Sold me an unfit boat - A Public Letter

The post was not "litigatious" because that word does not exist or has no recognisable meaning.

It may be regarded as "vexatious", although I think there is enough substance to the complaints to justify compensation by way of a price reduction (I do not think rejection is justified, but that's a personal opinion).

It may also be regarded as "litigious" (according to one or more of the several different meanings that word carries).

OK. I'll say it: if Powercats Ltd go bust as a result, the lady will still have a duff boat and no compensation.
I just don't think Richard wanted that, and pulled the post for the best of reasons.

I have already stated that Richard pulled the post honestly for what was in gis opinion the bext of reasons. I also defended the mag;s integrity when they were accused of pulling it for commercial reasons.

However the fact is that there was no need to pull it - its not a big issue really.

If Powercats had anything going for them they would have commincated properly and avoided all this or at least be reacting now - lets hope they are.
