Power: I keep Carrie (heard 23, gaff cutter) on a mooring on the Clyde, how do I keep up the batteries power?
Solar: the best place for the panels is the coach roof, fine on the mooring but I keep the tender there when sailing. Fine if I only use the two batteries on a trip, but a problem on longer trips. And Scotland not the best place for sun.
Wind: The boom extends over the stern so mounting would be a problem., any suggestions.
If money was no object then solar + towing generator would be ideal but......
I do not need loads of power sailing GPS radio nav lights auto helm. Domestic car radio, lights. engine outboard so does not need anything (has 3amp charger built in). She has two batteries Any suggestions.
