Yes, I think you're correct. but which bit of wiring remains to be identified.
I had a quick look, but can't see where the sensor is.

Usually near the thermostat.

That's what I thought, but no obvious sign.
I did have to dismantle the glow-plugs thingy which screwed into the top of the injector pump, but I can't see that that would have any relevance. Other than that, no wires were disturbed.
Not a huge problem, and I'm sure I'll trace it 'ere long.

Ohhh, SO good to have full power again
