To be fair the feedback seems genuine and over a log period of time, they have even sold another boat before. But I suspect the reality of the boat's condition may not match the pictures (from what you can see of them)

I know of someone who bought a 1930's steel motoryacht to restore weighed 500 tonnes, When they finished stripping all the unusable parts they were left with only 4.5 tonnes of frames everything else was replaced apart for the anchor winches.

I mean, even taking the claim "excellent boat with no issues at all" as true, the asking price looks realistic to me, for a boat like that and of that vintage...

Same reason a 1991 Lotus Carlton with 74k on the clock is going for £40k or one with 4500 miles is asking £124k.......British classics

Well, I'm not saying that £40k is not attractive for someone interested in that type of boat - I did call it realistic, in fact.
It just doesn't sound like the bargain of the century, imho.
Similar boats built in the late 80s are not so hard to find in the €45/50k ballpark, around here...
