Poole Tides - Bonus Edition

Unfortunately Crest Pubs didn't like me putting Poole Quay tide times on my website, so I have now substituted them with the tables for Poole Entrance (where tide times are 30 mins EARLIER than Poole Quay).
As a bonus, I have added 2024 Tables (which follow after the 2023 Tables)

I did a stupid thing!
Crest produce a Poole Harbour 'Map' and I asked for their permission to put a copy on my site, not realising that it was also their tide tables that I used

I can feel a boycott of Crest Pubs coming on.

What element of the tide tables do Crest claim to be copyright? Surely not the mathematically derived facts of the HW and LW times? So that leaves their particular combination of layout and typography. Easy to do that differently.

What they said was that they had created / calculated the data points.
I don't know what their source is.
