Pontoons or marinas in day cruising distance from Suffolk Yacht Harbour?

Fair point as long as you are happy for permanent berth holders at other marinas to take priority for locks, fuel pontoon, etc when visiting theirs :encouragement:

But the£3500 is already in the bank, and the £28's are all incremental. Don't get me wrong, I quite like Shotley, save for the Shipwreck. The staff are always very helpful

Quite like SYH but really do not much like berthing with a big breeze. Had a few problems there so we use Shotley so we can see "fairyland" at night! Or Wolverstone . good walks from both. Wish Shotley would increase their shower /toilet facilities tho. One small block or a long walk -need to invest.
