I did find a phone app years ago called something like Sailtracker Polar AIS NMEA.
We ended up feeding the data live from a whole year of sailing into Polauto V5 and that built up the polar with more detail on every sail...
The website is in French but I think there's a new website with the English version.
We ran it on the boat Windows PC with a live feed from the NMEA backbone.
The other way to use Autopol can be to just record all the NMEA wind/log data using something like OpenCPN and then feed that recorded data into Autopol later and watching the polar build as the data transfers.
It was great therefore for both creating a polar from live or saved telemetry, and even for editing (dragging individual points) on the visual afterwards.
