Plugs/Sockets

I installed some solar panels,a few years ago. We have one fixed and two that can be added when required. Initially I used MC4 plugs and sockets but they soon failed, leaving rust stains. I replaced them with MC3s which have lasted much longer but now failed. Ive decided to completely revamp the system over the winter and I'm now looking for better plugs, sockets and 6mm+ wiring. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Many thanks, I'm really trying to find something more like the MC3/4 mentioned above. That's single pin, small diameter. I know the Bulgin ones are very good.
