Plastimo furler pvc liner replacement

Hi there-

Thanks in advance, I noticed a ‘chewing out’ of about lower 6-7” on the inner pvc liner. How do I replace that?

Only about £11 to buy, but not sure how to fix it.

Ideas welcome!

If its low down - then take a line and secure to the alloy foil above the needed joint ....

Drill out the rivets OR as mine has - remove the screws joining the alloy extrusions ... now use the line to hoist the upper foil to open the joint ... Open joint enough to be able to pull out the plastic liner ... insert new liner ... pull down alloy foil and rejoin.
