/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Had a problem with a Navman plotter running a new C-map cartridge. Phone call to Navimo dept of Plastimo and they looked at the plotter the same day. Confirmed that the problem was with the cartridge and so they phoned C-map to inform them of the problem. Also upgraded the software on the Navman at the same time.
Quick drive to Fareham and 30 mins later had a replacement cartridge from C-map. All now working well. OK, cartridge should have worked first time but can't fault the service.
