I would have expected the weather at home to be good since I'm away working...

If it's any consolation it is a warm, sunny 21 degrees here in Copenhagen.
But I'd rather be swinging round the hook in the rain at home.

It blew a hoolie on the Clyde yesterday, with some of the heaviest rain I've seen. We took the open top bus tour round Bute (because what the hell) and what little we could see of Ardlamont was not inviting.

Saturday was a great day! Dry and pretty sunny all day, and fantastic sailing Oban-Sd Jura area. My waterproofs stayed in the locker all day. Sunday morning was somewhat different however.

You're right about Saturday. We did Ulva - Iona - Cuan - Craobh in lovely conditions. Sunday morning was a little disappointing.
